I found a normal adapter so the problem was sorted.

Headphone connector I mean, just plugging straight. I don't have a mixer or audio interface. How about when I have it connected to the computer? Will the sound still come out through the amp or could I plug into the headphone jack on the computer?

I would love to use headphones to practice for the neighbours' sake so is it possible to use the preamp out port for heaphones using the bigger connection?

I just received my Spider Valve 112 mkii in the post today and it came with a European 2 prong power cable. I can't go to the store to get a proper adapter or a replacement cable until tomorrow so, I ask, is it safe for me to use the 3 pin adapters that are used for shavers etc in the meantime? I tried plugging it in and the power went on but the standby switch didn't seem to do anything. Is this a safe alternative in the meantime or should I just leave it until tomorrow? I'm really dying to get started here but I don't wanna damage the amp!
