hello, i own a spider III. recently whenever i pick an efect the sound mutes and wont play any sound coming from my guitar i've used the same guitar with the same cable on another amp with no problems, the lights on the spider III remain lighten but no sound would come out. have anyone had this issue with the amp? it's the 15 Watt version thanks ahead for the help :"D
