I followed all written instructions... when the screen said it was 100% complete, I blew it! I did the Factory Reset then the File Recovery. Rebooting, the software level read: 3.70. Then... "Boot Failure, entered Update Mode!" Locked up for hours now. I checked USB cables, every thing tests good. No other Tabs were open, Checked Youtube for solutions on my iPad. None were applicable, that I hadn't tried already. ???What do I do now???
