When I try to download License Manager software for my FBV Shortboard I get the message that " no software is currently available". Is this correct or am I doing something incorrectly?

When I try to down load License Manager for my Spider IV I get a message that there is no software currently available. I am using a Windows 10 update. Is there actually no software available or am I doing something incorrectly?

I have a Spider IV 75 and an FBV Shortboard MK II. When I try to get info on License Manager for this equipment I get " no software available ". Am I doing something incorrectly or am I totally missing the point? I am using the Windows 10 upgrade.
