I place a volume pedal on every preset, and basically use it just to quiet things in between sets or when we change guitars. Once in a while, I might use it to control volume (but I use the volume pot on the guitar to do that). The last gig, all of the sudden I lost all volume, right in the middle of the song. While everyone was looking at me... I grabbed my backup guitar cord, thinking it must be the wireless. That didn't work, so I grabbed a different guitar, thinking it was my input jack that I recently did some work on. Anwyays, I finally realized it was my volume pedal (the one on the Helix), and throughout the night if I lost volume, I pumped the volume pedal up and down and my volume returned. Any idea what the problem might be, and has anyone experienced this. I've been using the Helix for almost two years now and never had this happen....
