    Cords seem fine. When I plug directly into an amp, bypassing the POD, everything works fine.

    After one hour of use and being on, my brand new POD HD500x goes from producing a normal sound (to an amp, xlr out, usb out all the same) to a sound that is barely audible and very crackly. None of the settings get changed in this time period. Purchased 1 week ago from amazon.com. Did I receive a dud?
