Hello everybody.. I'm facing a problem with a MobileKey 25.. When I plug it on my PC, Win says the driver is installed and working.. But in the midi device list, I don't find it.. In the devices manager, I found a "USB Audio Generic"..
I have installed the Line6 Monkey utility.. But he don't find the mobilkey.. What to do ?? Have I done something wrong ?? I tried to update the driver, but I have no other choices but to select this Generic audio device driver.. I also tried to plug it in another USB port, but same story...
Have yamaha electric piano that works perfectly..
I'm using WinXP service pack 3, and a sound blaster X-FI.. I'm begging for help..
