I am having the same issue. I’ve had my Helix for a few years and it’s just started doing this. Has there been a fix? Also, and unrelated, I lose all sound from the Helix. After a while it comes back on again. Anyone else having this issue. -
Ok thanks, it seems to have sorted itself out. However now I’m getting a nasty popping noise when I change between low and high gain snapshots. Seems it’s only since firmware 2.71, I’m almost certain

Hi MARCUS, did you manage to fix this issue permanently? I’m having the same problem but it keeps recurring after a while even after going the reboot route. Mark
