On the customtone website just click on the title of the particular tone of yours that you want to edit and it'll bring up a page with all of the fields you can enter data into.

It's pretty annoying that we're unable to edit our customtone uploads. I just recently uploaded a bunch for the first time only to find out I can't tell anyone songs/artists names and all that and what I've set the footswitches to do. Sick to death of seeing that Amplifi ad show up. Lettuce know if they get back to you.

I uploaded my first batch of custom tones but all that shows is the name of the tone and the amp that's used. How do I edit the artist/song details? Every time I click on the title of the tone it just takes me to an ampliwhateveritis advertisement page... I've tried typing in the url that shows up when I wave my mouse over the tone title but it still takes me to the ad page. Any ideas? Cheers

I tried again today and was successful with updating the firmware but Monkey still saying it can't connect to the L6 servers. I'll try again in the new year. Good piece of gear these PODs. I'm thoroughly happy with my purchase.

I just bought an HD500 today and I'm trying to update the firmware but apart from not being able to connect to the Line 6 servers in Monkey (same as what guitarno described), I'm also unable to update from file. It comes up with a message saying "Failed to open downloaded file. Reason: (Code 80000001) Out of memory". I've got no idea if this is a problem with my computer or with the Line 6 software or something else. Any help would be much appreciated :-) Thanks
