Most definitely before the POD, that's where everyone puts it %99 of the time. Wha usually belongs near the beginning of your chain.

I might be wrong, so someone correct me if needed please.
The ADSP-21369 Sharc has gone through a few generations, with an increase of clock speed with every next generation.
HD500 = ADSP-21369 KSWZ-2A (333MHz)
HD500X = ADSP-21369 KSWZ-6A (400MHz)
All specifications and variances can be found in the "Data sheet".

NucleusX's post in Pod Xt Pro - How To Reset A Preset was marked as the answer
As I understand it. Factory presets are stored within firmware updates
so I imagine you would have to re-write your firmware to restore them.
Before doing this, I would make a backup of any customized presets
you have created or they will be lost.
It may sound over the top, but its the only way.
Once you've re-written the firmware, you should then be able
make a backup of the factory presets so you can just sync
those back to it in future rather than doing this all over again.
As for the 2nd part. I think that just refers to recalling that memory
or preset "location" and not the preset "parameters" stored within it.

NucleusX's post in Pod Hd Pro - Presets & Setlists Query. was marked as the answer
Ok. seems I figured it out and wasn't hard at all. So here's what I did.
1. What I needed to do was load POD Edit with the presets, rename them, and then save them to pc,
then transferred them back into the POD and they all displayed fine.
2. Was a pretty dumbass question to ask now that I think about it lol.
All I had to do was learn how Setlists and Bundles work, so thanks
to GTLazer for putting me on the right track.
