Hoping someone can help me. I have a Sonic Port VX (less than a year old) that's been used maybe 10 times. Never dropped or damaged in anyway, looks like new and worked about a month ago. I plugged it in last night to show a friend how awesome this device is and ...... nothing. No input signal into any app (native line 6 app, ampkit, bias). I was using iOS 8 but upgraded last night to iOS 9 because my documentation stated to use the most up to date app software and iOS. Is there any thing I can do to test the device and or cable. Also, does anyone know what the warranty is on this device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
