  1. I own and plenty professional rackmount equipment. This issue has been a problem for POD HD Pro for a long time. Repeated request to Customer Support to address and fix the issue have gone unanswered. The POD HD Pro is the only equipment I own that is not Professional Level. It's for musicians on a budget. All, and I mean all the professional equipment I own is supported by excellent customer support. If it is not than I return it. Period. I bought the POD HD Pro because I cannot use an amplifier in my area. It has been nothing but problems since the day I bought it. My Experience: I am a computer systems builder. Answer: Don't buy again.
  2. Wow!!! This problem has not been resolved by Line 6? I cant update drivers and firmware at all. My computer, USB's and Professional software all work perfectly. The problem is Line 6 needs to fix this ongoing problem in order to keep me as a semi satified customer. My Line 6 POD HD Pro needs to communiocate with my computer in order to function as a Professional piece of equipment.
