Cant Register My Toneport Kb37

I recently bought a toneport kb37 for recording, and its getting crazy. My imac cant find it, the monkey said that i need to register my toneport to download the new drivers, but i just cant do it. I copy the serial number behind my toneport and nothing. please any ideas?
