Hi I have recently bought and installed POD Studio UX2, but when I open the Line 6 Monkey V1.33, it shows a small grayed out picture of PODxt and says not connected. It will not bring up a list so I can select UX2. If I try to log in I get "Login failed" and Reason: (Code 800038C6) Unknown server error occurred. If I check for updates the message, "Could not make a connection to the Line 6 web server", appears advising I make sure I'm connected to the Internet, which I am of course. The Reason: (Code 80001030) Invalid XML token. I do not know how to resolve any of the above and it would appear other people have had similar problems in this respect. All I require is simple instruction as to how I solve this so I can start recording asap. Thanks
