Right on they messed up I lost everthing becuase I tunes download down work on my PC apple sucks

You changed my mobile POD and I want to well why I lost everything with you wanring me I paid $70 for a product was working and you defeated it!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix this issue or send back all your broken product that I tried to get you to fix and way I have send it through the store who doesn 't want to get involved in sending it back! losing a valuable customer?
