  1. For anyone else stumbling across this thread in the future. I tried unsuccessfully resetting a PODxt Live, had to switch off Core Isolation Memory Integrity to install the driver L6PODLV64.sys. But once the driver was installed I still had problems & couldn't get Line 6 Monkey or Line 6 Edit to work. After I gave up I uninstalled all the Line 6 programs using the uninstaller but it left the file L6PODLV64.sys which is the incompatible driver so couldn't reenable Memory Integrity. I tried Georgie's suggestions above, went to windows/system32 and deleted L6DriverControlPanel. cpl (or very similar file name) but there was no sign of the .sys file. I tried CCleaner which didn't help. Ran Windows Registry Editor, searched for the file, found it but it wouldn't let me delete it. However this did give me the file location. Went to Windows/System32/drivers and deleted the file from there. Was able to switch on Memory Integrity after that.
  2. Recently acquired a PODxt Live, has a number of 'This tone contains an amp or effect from an expansion pack you do not own'. So wanted to do a Factory Reset, read here it's not that easy. Installed Line 6 Monkey v1.77 get 'Could not make a connection to the Line 6 web server' 'Code 800001019 Unrecognized file type'. Installed Line 6 Drivers v4.2.7.7 wouldn't install the drivers L6POD64.sys & L6PODLV64.sys. I had to switch off the Core isolation in my Memory integrity (thinking I'd be able to switch it back on after the drivers were installed). The drivers did install but my Memory integrity can't be switched back on because of incompatible drivers & I haven't figured out how to manually delete them yet. Installed Line 6 Updater v1.28 after logging in I see 'Select device to update' but there's nothing to choose. Installed Line 6 Edit but get 'This application requires a 32-bit Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0. I'm on Windows 11 & obviously running the latest 64-bit Java. The only thing I did get to work is Line 6 Licence Manager v1.16, my PODxt Live is Authorized. I've had a blue screen of death twice already, I don't want to mess up my computer for this & spend more hours getting nowhere. I just wanted to reset my PODxt & play guitar do you know what I mean? Shall I just bin this & go back to BOSS?
