Yup, sound is still there. I did the global reset and pedal calib, rollback on flash and still has it. I think I will get it back to the store as it is 3mths old. Thanks again for help.

it didn't work for me, the noise is still there. I regretted updating the pod!! Im stuck with noise. Any ideas?

Hi guys, after I updated my hd500x last night , did a flash and clear my old patches and back to factory. I started creating new patches. When I first added the amps, I notice noise from the background even if it's a clean amp with no drive. Noise gets louder with amps like tread plate and all. I Don have connection issue, from guitar to hd500x then usb to laptop. I'm using monitor headphones connected to the pod.Didn't have problems in the past, the noise is really annoying although adding a noise gate help abit but it wasn't there in the first place. Pls help, I really down out here. Thanks!
