    Just tried upgrading my firmware from 3.10 to 3.11. Just purchased a new Helix 3 days ago. Half way through the update I got a Boot Failure Entered Update mode message on the HELIX screen and it now won't boot. How do I reset to Factory so I can start over? My computer will not recognize the Helix through the edit App
