Well, i tried it out in à shop and while it does had 4 presets using à button that changed presets from À to D, with à led that indicated wich setting was used, i could only play with those 4 presets. The Guy in the store showed me the app and showed me that i could let the amplifi150 sound like other guitaramps on the market. He Saïd i needed the app for that... Not tru then?

I am interested in buying à line 6 amplifi 150 because of the diverse guitar amp posibilities(settings) that can be plugged in trough the app. However i was wondering, before buying, if these settings stay in the amplifi 150 if the battery of my iPad/iphone or Android device gets depleted, and / or the Bluetooth link with the amplifi 150 get interrupted while playing... Another question is if i can install software on my pc to do the same as with the app?
