  1. Hi, I've got a TonePort GX and it works great for recording electric guitar with the AmpFarm software. Is there a way to connect in line in inputs to this, so just using the TonePort as a USB interface, not changing the sounds? I don't have any other soundcard or way to get audio onto my PC, and though the TonePort is great for recording electric guitar, I'd love to know if I could use it for other inputs at line level. Thanks for any suggestions guys!
  2. Hi, I'm using a TonePort GX with Amp Farm version 1 mostly to record electric guitar, and for this it is great! I'm also trying to record bass sounds, via a synth module, which works ok, but there seems to be a touch of reverb always there that I can't disable. The only way I can, is by going into 'tuner' mode on Amp Farm, and then I don't have access to EQ and other goodies. When I listen to the headphone output from my synth, the reverb is not there. When I listen to the GX headphone out, it is. Okay, a bit of reverb in a guitar patch is good, but not so much on bass. BTW, yes I have disabled reverb / delay and so on in the individual patches I'm auditioning. Any suggestions would be great please - thanks! Rich
