Hi i need help.
I have Backtrack +mic, but there is a problem. When i recorded my first record, everything was alright, When i connected it with my PC light was white, but PC did not recognized device. It turned out window only with formatting options. I eject it and connect again ,but without changes. So i formate it and try eject and connect again, but nothing happened. It turned out the same window again. Now Backtrack can't record anything. It doesn't work. I have installed software for set Backtrack, but it's helpless. It's possible to reinstall or reset this device?
