I tried the first way and i didnt work as i said I tried the second. The screen change into update flash but my line6 monkey doesn't regconize my hd500 when i plugged USB cable. Maybe my USB port have problem?

My HD500 does not run and have an issue like the one in this video: I tried some ways that i've read in line6 forum. 1. Cannot use the global reset way. I power on the HD500 while holding the left arrow button but nothing happened. 2. Cannot reset the flash memory. I cannot connect my HD500 with my computer through USB cable. The line6 monkey cannot search the device when i plug the USB cable in. Please tell me if there is any other ways to fix this issue. Thank you very much and sorry for my bad English.
