    Ye, i voided, but rigth after their autorised line 6 service centre done nothing. So i already give them my money for nothing. I'm trying to solve this problem for a year, and i sure that i can find answer. Easy way - line 6 technician reveal where is problem, cause it's not only my case, usb is a weak spot of a lot of line 6 production. Hard way - continue to seeking for solution. Video was as example for you, not for technician. I've asked for help from authorised line 6 service centre in ukraine - they take money and say "can't do nothin" So i found other technician who can replace problem parts ( well, i thinked problem there before they was replaced)

    I'm not fixin electronics on my own, but the electronic technician that replaced parts in my pod can't diagnose where is problem.

    Thanks, but i done all of this already. So pod hd have only usb and power cables inserted. Pc and pod power inserted in different different sockets, so there can't be ground loop. About defective usb interface - i've changed usb controller (http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/Bc8AAMXQgoBRiLgO/s-l1600.jpg) and changed usb port, so there is nothing in chain pc - cable - pod hd usb port - usb controller can't be broken.

    Hey, so, i get my hd500x in 2014 in USA. And i get this error "POD HD 500 Update failed. (Code 80007211) Firmware update timed out waiting from response to the device. Try the update again, making sure the cables are still connected" And i get it all the time, whenever i try to update flash or copy/edit presets. At first i contacted support and their reply was "Sorry about the trouble you're having with your POD. The error you're receiving is a USB connection error. Since you have tried other cables, it seems the Pod needs service. You can contact your local distributor to set up a repair." Ok, local service done nothing, literally "we can't fix this lollipop" and take $50. I've reinstalled software a lot of times, changed cables, usb ports, pc's and notebooks, win 7(32/64), win 8 and 10. I've changed usb port in pod, and even changed usb controller like guy in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlY3sV4UXk4. I can't go to shop and change it to new, cause i live in Ukraine. So i believe there is solution, in firmware or hardware, and i believe that line 6 support need to know about it cause there is a lot of cases with "help me, cant do nothing cause usb timeout error" Thanks in advance and sorry for my poor english.
