  1. I did something cool and thought I would share. There was not a lot of info floating around because who take an all-in-one kinda thing and puts it on a pedalboard? The pedalboard i bought is a Gator Cases large aluminum pedalboard. The pedalboard is really nice quality, has a made in the US sticker on it. It comes with a decent soft case that has a lid with some stiff material that will provide some protection to the top knobs/buttons. THe pedalboard has rubber feet that are raised up a bit and can have a power cable sneak out underneath the board. There is a clamp on the bottom to mount a power supply and my small one fit with plenty of room. If I could, I would change the holes to be larger or differenter because it was hard to get things lined up and still have the connectors go down into the holes. The power supply I have is made from Sweet Foot Pedals (look at my post history for the exact model). It has an output for the POD GO/HX and 3 "normal" outputs for more pedals. The power supply has worked good for me so far and eliminates the stupid wall warts. I made an input/output box with 3 pairs of jacks wired together. I used some special switchcraft washers to isolate the grounds for each jack so no ground loops will appear. I wired the left side of the box to the input side of my Drop pedal, and POD Go amp and main out. WHen I set up, I just plug guitar and amp/pa into the glittery silver box. The box is a plain aluminum pedal case with holes drilled in it and then sprayed with home depot glitter paint and a ton of clear coat. I'll prolly make some cooler labels for it. I used Ernie Ball ribbon style patch cables for most of the wiring. They have real small heads on them that worked nice with the pedals and pedalboard. I also tried some of those diy patch cables with "pancake" heads and they did not work with my drop pedals because the slots on the pedalboard are weird/small/angled. The POD Go and pedals are attached with the velcro material that came with the pedalboard. I'll see how it works out. I needed to remove the rubber feet from the POD Go to get it low enough. Another alternative would be to add a 1/8" thick plywood bottom to POD go (without the feet) and attach it with screws into the rubber feet. Then use bolts/wingnuts to attach the plywood to pedalboard. 2. I thought I would share more information here. I ordered a power supply from Sweet Foot pedals and received it yesterday. As stated above, I ordered the "HX - Mini" https://sweetfootpedals-com.3dcartstores.com/HX-Mini-Totally-Isolated-Power-Supply--APPROVED-BY-LINE-6--Handmade-USA-_p_569.html The power supply feels like really good quality. The power supply uses a normal 110V input cable (he provides one) that you probably have some laying around the house. The power supply has 4 outputs; 1 output for the POD Go with high current, and 3 normal outputs. The white one is the one to use for the POD Go (or HX) and the black ones are for other pedals. He includes a special cable that has a normal connector for the power supply side and a special connector for the POD Go side. When it's plugged in you see a blue LED that lights up. I attached a couple photos showing it hooked up to my POD Go and a Digitech Drop pedal, and also a photo showing the input and outputs.
  3. Thanks for the suggestion. After a bit of chatting with John from Sweet Foot Pedals, I ordered a HX Mini (it has 4 outputs so I can add another couple pedals in the future). https://sweetfootpedals-com.3dcartstores.com/HX-Mini-Totally-Isolated-Power-Supply--APPROVED-BY-LINE-6--Handmade-USA-_p_569.html
  4. I have a POD Go and use it with an external pedal. Is there a power supply I can purchase that will power the POD Go and a couple pedals? I think I've seen some expensive power supplies, but I was hoping to use one that is similar to the brick we got, but has 2/3 outputs on it. I think I posted a question like this before but can't find it through search and there is no "profile" page I can find.
  5. I think this is the case. I must have moved it. Thanks for the help!
  6. My POD Go volume pedal used to control the volume on both the PA (line out) and the my amp. Something happened and now the volume pedal stopped controlling my amp (but still controls the PA/line out). Does anyone know a setting for this? I was not goofing around when this happened, so if I changed a setting it must have been by accident. I googled around and found a global setting that sets the position of the expression pedals to "preset" or "global" and I changed it from preset to global but this did not fix it. I believe this makes the physical setting of the pedal overrule the setting of the pedal in the preset (so you can set your pedal and change presets).

    Aux in?

Same issue as well, aux input lever is suuuuuper quiet. It would be cool if we could adjust the level from AUX input.
  8. I have a new to me Spider IV 75 and FBV Shortboard MK II I'm trying to use the Edit software, but it's making me register my FBV Shortboard MK II online first. The website wont let me register the pedalboard. Is there any way to update the firmware via a file download, or get this thing registered?
