Help a brother out! Been pulling what little remains of hair I have out today!
Gear in question: blackstar amped 3 and line 6 hx effects.
Desired goal: to be able to switch between channels on the amped 3 when engaging snapshots on the helix using midi.
I've never delved into Midi before and there's not much information online either! At least not for this exact set up. I did find a video using the blu amp 1 with the same goal and it seemed really straight forward but it didn't work.
I have my Midi cable going from the "out/thru" of the line 6 and Into the "in" of the blackstar.
I've gone into my preset on the line 6, into the command center, set to BankPC, set midi channel to 1, and set prog to 38 (which is the number in the blackstar manual to recall the crunch channel preset) but nothing is happening
I'm clearly missing something and hoping someone who knows what they're doing can help me out!
