I'm amazed at how little info there is for using the Amplifi system with an acoustic. I'm considering the Amplifi FX 100. Not really needing it to do much; just a little compression and reverb, but would love to have the other effects available if I need them. I'm plugging straight into the PA. I play acoustic rhythm with a church band that's mostly loud electric (Jesus Culture and Hillsong United style). I have an iPad and iPhone, so I love the idea of using IOS for control. I also really like that it's not dependent on the IOS device once you have it setup the way you want it.
I'm a little concerned that they're pitching this for home or rehearsal. Hope it will be robust enough to hold to the rigors of stage use. One way to find out.
