So i perform the reset and the problem was solved. But i would like to know why happened . To prevent future issues. This is the photo I was talking about early ,note that none led is turned on Thanks for replying this community is great .

So i have the hd 300 working fine and then one day suddenly the footswitch stopped working . I do have sound but can't change soundbanks or mode The photo shows the problem , the display is working fine and so does the tap button the led which tells the mode isn't turned on neither the bank leds Is there a way to solve this or i have to take it to a tech . I think i still have guarantee I havent tried reset the pod should I try it ?
