Happy to know that it was not just me. But I did the same thing as manix1979 and it completed in about 10 minutes after doing the same procedure. But I must admit that since this was a firmware update I was afraid that stopping the process would completely disable the Helix. Thank God it worked!

I started the update over an hour and a half ago. The progress bar is showing at right around 50% and hasn't moved. This seems a bit long? Do I have a problem?
