  1. That's unfortunate and poor service from the store you purchased from. I was really frustrated when mine had issues out of the box, cause the only reason I got the amp over other amps was because of the amplifi application. Thankfully the shop I bought from here was great and replaced it.
  2. The store I bought from picked up my one and replaced it with a new one, everything is working correctly now.
  3. Thanks for the reply phil_m, It pairs, and I have tried several times forgetting and re-parring. I can play music through the AMPLIFi remote app, but can't do anything else.

Just an update, I read through http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifiers/ampl/amplifibluetoothconnectivity I tried resetting my ipads network settings, turning off the wifi router, pairing and android device, then going back to the ipad. I managed to get the bluetooth light solid 2 times, but the remote app still would not communicate with the amp.

Hi, I just purchased the AMPLIFi 75 version, updated my ipad mini to the latest OS version, 7.1.2 downloaded the app. When I pair my ipad to the amp, I can play music through there, however I can't load any tones. When I go into settings and device flash, there is No device. The bluetooth light on the amp is always flashing. I have tried turning the amp off/on, forgetting the bluetooth connection, uninstalling/re-installing the app, trying the app on an iphone with the app, I even tried to factory reset the amp. Still nothing seems to work, I haven't been able to get it to connect at all. I am extremely disappointed having spent $450 (more expensive here in asia) for the main feature and reason why I bought the app doesn't work. I read through many topics here of other peoples similar issues, tried what was suggested and nothing works.
