I bought a UX2 5-6 years ago i think. I purchased the Bass Expansion and the Metal Pack back then. I recently dug it out after years in a box and hooked up my old computer and after reinstalling everything I don't have any of my packs I bought and it doesn't appear that I can get them back using the new software? Basically I bought the packs way back and need to get them back. How do I do this?
