I have a technical question, before I'll do something stupid :\
I use two M5s plugged into simple Tech21 MidiMouse to change channels easily and simultaneously. I use simple Y cable, as there is no midi through in M5 and devices are in my pedalboard, so the distance between them is insignificant. But! I would like to control M5's tempo with my MC-303 groovebox that will be some 8 meters away (controlled by the drummer). They work together just fine, but I'm not sure if another Y connection will work :\ and if it is even possible to do it that way?
