  1. Hello silverhead. Thank you for the input. I am using a laptop for HX Edit and am not using any type of hub or auxiliary USB. It's straight on the motherboard. I have made a global setting reset using the switches on the LT unit and it unfreeze. The unit is working now without the issues I had earlier. Despite this, I would actually like to know if this is a common problem and what may be the cause. I find it strange for the unit to still be frozen even after disconnecting the unit from the power source and restarting it. Cheers.
  2. Hello. I just got my Helix last week and I'm liking it very much. But. It just so happens that I already have problems with it. Earlier I was editing through HX Edit and the software closed. I said I'll just restart and get over it because it is windows being windows. I soon found out that windows was not the problem. The Helix LT is actually frozen. There is sound coming out the headphones but none of the switches or buttons do anything. It is genuinely completely frozen. I have obviously turned it off, unplugged it from the wall, waited about 30 seconds and then restarted it. No state change whatsoever. HX Edit loads slowly and after it eventually connects, my presets are not loading and I get the following error: "Failed to load preset. Timeout waiting response from device (code -8212)" Did anyone else have this problem? I really need this to work for my upcoming gigs. Thank you!
