hello I'm french I purchase the software pod farm and metal shop model packs  for my hardware line 6 pod studio ux2. I can not install them error download failed (code 8000204e) server not responding (connection timed out). I have a ethernet adsl  connection everything has been disabled (antivirus, firewall windows 8.1 any more) how to install them ?? thank you.
