Thanks dude! I have tried to do the up and down arrow reset thing, but it doesn´t respond... there is another way to reset??

Hi everyone! First of all, many thanks to Line 6 for develloping such amazing products! I own a POD 2.0, but today i was going to play some g-tar and the only thing the machine does is this --- ( see the attach file) Can please!!! Someone help me?? Thank tou!
