My helix wont show the patches in hx edit. I already tried to fix it by doing a rest, I tried updating the firmware again and I also tried with different computers and I'm still having the same issue. It will just show the name of the patch in hx edit but not the setup. If I drop more than 1 IR in the list it will just show the name of the 1st one.
In the photo you'll see that the patch is selected but it's not showing anything. Also if I try to export to patch to the destop it will give me the error 8606 as shown in the pic.
Does anyone has any idea what could be wrong?
