I am facing the same problem: I have an Amplifi 75w and FBV shortboard mkII. Using a separate looper pedal does not work well because the tone of a recorded loop is not preserved. For example, if I record loop 1 in Tone A, then jam over it in Tone B.. loop 1 is now in Tone B instead of Tone A.
