Thanks for the fast reply. It has one ring so should be mono cable My Setup was Sonic Port VX usb to PC, 1/4 inch mono? cable to ukelele, Sonic Port VX was set to guitar mode, gain (I try low and high, cannot detect sound), hopefully is some setting I can set, as my ipad is old ipad2 ver, the port is non-Lightning cable. thanks -
Hi, Just bought Sonic Port VX, I tried the audio recording in Audacity, it is ok. However when I try the 1/4 inch guitar jack and the ukelele (set to max vol), with Sonic port vx switch at Guitar, there is no sound when I try recording in Audacity. is the guitar port faulty or some settings I need to set or the sonic port can guitar jack can only be used to ios software ? thanks
