Dear Line 6
I did not use my XT Pro for a period, when I turned it on I too have a blank screen that no amount of hold this button etc when you turn it on, or update the drivers etc with usb or midi leads will fire it into life. I get different triangles showing what needs updated depending on whether I use usb or midi leads. but after hours of trying. I doubt this will ever turn on. Disappointing given this is purely a software issue Line 6 obviously are aware of given the number of people with the same issue on these forums & something Line 6 should have a fix for. Even though the XT Pro is not made any more. Take Apple as your lead for customer support. It pays in the long term. If I do not get my investment both in hundreds of pounds for the unit & the footswitch, and time creating appropriate presets working. It would be hard to not be disillusioned with Line 6, Not something Line 6 would surely wish to encourage with customers?
