Everything is the latest version. It is an issue with my pc. I've just been able to test it on another computer and it works fine. Typical. I shall open a ticket now. Thanks for answering.

As stated in my post, it crashes whenever I connect the helix so in order to grab the screenshot before it crashed I didn't have it connected.

Hi guys, Whenever I boot up Hx Edit to mess around with patches and IRs, it crashes every time. Whenever it boots up it will grab whatever is behind it as if its taken a screenshot. I have attached a screenshot of what happens. It will stay frozen like that until I try and connect my helix or I use the drop down menus and then it will crash. I have scoured the forums thoroughly and nobody else has reported this issue. I have both Hx Edit 2.71 and I have updated the helix firmware to 2.71 as well. Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
