Hi I just bought used guitar that appeared in good condition. the problem is that when i press the guitar model selector nothing happens. the guitar is being recognized by the workbench HD andi'm able to download or upload presets or play the magnetic pickups. the battery is charged. any idea what am i missing here? thanks
