Hi: As I recall, when I bought my V75HS last month from American Musical Supply they were offering a rebate. I placed the order days before the dateline. It was due on December 31. Now I am trying to fill the form and nobody seems to have the form available, not even AM. Can the forum public help me find the rebate? Thanks
