I am new to this but, I had version 2.3 on my Helix when I bought it new last Oct. I could not get the thing to do any updates until I bought a new windows 10 computer. I started updating each version from 2.3 up. I did the 2.92 update last night. There was no 3.0 update in Line 6 Updater to choose from. The only version left for me to choose was the 3.01. I started the process at 10 pm and now it's almost 10AM the next morning and the update is still circling. It says UPDATE IN PROGRESS - do not turn off or unplug your device at this time.
1. Should I just let it keep going or should I shut it down, reinstall the 2.92 version HX Edit and start over?
2. It mentions Helix Floor. Footswitches 9&10 (bottom row, middle 2 switches) between steps 9 and 10. What is this in there for? Am I supposed to hit these after it updates to do a factory update? I'm just not sure.
