Hi Guys. Thanks to your response. i guess the issue is the USB Chip inside it. :( i found a video on youtube that has the same issue i experiencing and he changed the usb port also the usb micrcontroller chip inside the pod. :(

Hi guys. I need your help. Its been 2 weeks now since i got the issue on my PODHD500. ISSUE: My Laptop (corei7 8gb ram win7 x64) Can detect my POD but it has a yellow exclamation point indicating a device wont start properly. I installed the drivers. Reinstalled it and so on but it wont do any changes. i also tried installing to other PC. Tried to changed cables. I also tried the global reset. nothing foxed the issue. Also my POD is on Bootloop on the line6 logo whenever i do the global reset. Test mode happens when i pish right nav button while powering on. And update flash screen when holding the down nav. Monkey and edit wont detect my POD so i cant reflash the firmware. What to do? Need replies and solution. Please help And thanks in advance to those who will respond. Also i already open a support ticket but line6 hasnt responded yet. I really need to fix it badly. :(
