@line6 This is not acceptable now. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years now. Every time I want to make music, I am blocked by this. Instead of composing, I am struggling with this problem. I can't use my presets, even factory ones, I can't save my presets, and I have to restore to factory default again ? Losing all my presets ? This is NON SENSE. I am fed up ! FIX THIS !!
