  1. This keeps happening. Ive upgraded everything succesfully. Downgraded, same problem. Re-formatted to Factory settings. Stayed in this spot. Re-Upgraded. Tap tempo keeps re-assigning itself to switch number 5. Checked t the ribbon cables and glue. Anyone else??
  2. Thanks, I've tried to contact customer service and am still awaiting a reply of who I can send it to for repair.
  3. Hey guys. Have an m9 with blank/black screen. Tried contrast, updated firmware, checked ribbons, cannot factory reset because of said screen. Most topics already discussed mention those things, so is there a way to factory reset it without the normal tap/select button procedure?? Others with experience of different parts being the problem would be appreciated. Backstory was USPS damaged it in shipping from Cali to MO. Have video of it working before shipped. So obviously bumped. BTW, purchased used. Not available for warranty. Thanks again.
