What do I do? Finally hunkered down to do a long overdue update to the Helix. I avoid them like a plague (no pun intended) because something always goes wrong. But, I have sessions and a gig this week and I know I really need to get my presets in order. Seemed to be going great - I walked away to grab a cup of coffee and for some reason while I was gone, my computer decided to update in the middle of my Helix update. Now the Helix is locked up and HX Edit cannot connect to it.
