Hi There! Some things to try: - Completely uninstalling AMPLIFi Utility and reinstalling it. - Connect via USB and power it on in update mode. - Check to see that it is recognized in the Windows Device Manager under the category of "Amplifi" - Run AMPLIFi Utility in administrator mode (it should already request this, make sure your user account on windows has Admin privileges!) - Attempt the 2.0 update.
