I ended up solving the problem and im kind of embarrassed about it. Just a bug I'm assuming caused a setting to change the input device. I had trouble shooted almost everything else and was about to even buy a new microphone.

All of a sudden no matter what I do. Restart PC, Check line 6 monkey (everything up to date), Check license manager, constantly reopen pod farm, disable and re enable the device, messed with the gain, toggle phantom power, or even replug-in every device, it will not pick up my at2035 microphone that I have been using for about 5-6 months now. The program has always seemed to be buggy but this is the most frustrating issue I've had where nothing I do seems to get the ux2 to pick up the microphone. I have no idea if this a podfarm issue or my mic decided it just wanted to stop working one random evening.
