Hello Friends, I need your help. Yesterday I was using my HX STOMP as usual and suddenly I froze. So I decided to turn it off and on, but when I did this it stayed in the HX STOMP LOGO and did not start.
I tried to reinstall the latest version with LINE 6 UPDATER. To access this option, I turned off my HX STOMP and held down the right button on the next page and in the program it gave me the option to choose my device.
I chose it and tried to install it offline and in the traditional way, but in the program it gives me an error. I've already tried different cables and now I don't know what to do. Is there a way to factory reset without using the program? What can I do to solve this error?
