I knew it was something simple, thanks!

So, I bit the bullet and purchased the Firehawk which is my first dive into Line 6 products. Every video I've seen on Youtube showed the tap tempo/tuner footswitch blinking, however I cannot get mine to work. Tuner works fine, no tap tempo. What simple thing am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
